The aim was very simple - to create something for the Cosplay and Gaming community on the Isle of Wight to enjoy.

A year ago we formed CGI CON with PC Consultants, Alex Watts Blog & Big Screen Media (now Phoenix Productions).

The aim was very simple – to create something for the Cosplay and Gaming community on the Isle of Wight to enjoy. We’ve managed to host various events & entertain hundreds of people at them… it’s been awesome. 🤖

Our next event is being held at Quay Arts in Newport, on Friday the 31st of January, there will be a Street Fighter competition on a BIG screen, Alex’s show, retro games, VR, pizza, a free game from Stainless Games Ltd and prizes donated by Heroes – Comics, Gaming & Collectibles.

Playing STREET FIGHTER 2 on an arcade machine (projected onto a big screen) for a grand prize… with Heroes POP! Vinyl Collectors providing goodie bags worth hundreds.

We’ll also be playing Quiz Hotshot on the stage, with prizes to be won, our ever-popular Birdbox Challenge, Meme Review and MORE.
